Rashford this season

Rashford is the perfect example of why you should back talented young players even through imperfections while they are developing.

Rashford, since his senior debut, always showed that he was an incredibly talented player. But he has been raw at times and his decision making was also letting him down at times.

He was heavily criticised, dubbed Welbeck 2.0 and some people even wanted him sold though he was decent and showing constant progression when the situation at United wasn't ideal to strive.

Even after a top season 'fans' yet again turned against him as he wasn't able to reproduce similar performances following a back injury. Now even they are cheering for him. 

This is why you need to be patient sometimes with young talented players. Sancho I believe will be back stronger and  Antony will grow more and more influential. 

Even Garnacho who is still very young will go through rough phases but we, as fans, need to back them even then.
