Lionel Messi and Paris Saint-Germain have a ‘verbal pact’ to continue together, as reported in December 🔴🔵
▫️ Decision in principle was made in the final days of the World Cup, after positive contacts between the parties.
▫️ There will be a new meeting with Leo Messi’s camp to discuss length of contract, salary details and more.
▫️ New deal not expected to be signed this week, it could take some time but there’s no rush as the plan is already clear: Messi will continue in Paris.
▫️ Barcelona have never made an official proposal to Leo Messi to return, it was never a concrete negotiation.
